Because each PDF and suggestion is custom-made for the individual user, all payments are non-refundable. However, if you believe you received the wrong file or incomplete information, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to review and correct it.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect information submitted by the user

• Expectation mismatch

• Business outcomes, results, or performance
